Many couples choose to have a legal ceremony elsewhere (such as a registry office or church) and then join us to host their wedding celebration in our stunning countryside setting.

Yes. When you book Orchard Spa Retreat, the entire venue is yours exclusively—lodges, spa, grounds, and marquee space. No other guests will be on-site.

Exclusive use of the retreat, marquee hire, two luxury ensuite lodges with hot tubs, our licensed bar, ample parking, and access to our spa for bridal preparations or guest treatments.

Hire is for three days. This gives you plenty of time to dress the marquee and grounds without rushing, enjoy your big day at a relaxed pace, and then unwind with your special guests the day after.

Not at all. We’re an actual blank canvas venue. You’re free to bring your suppliers or choose from our trusted recommendations. Every detail—from the marquee style to the menu—is yours to decide.

Yes. We offer two luxury lodges with private hot tubs and many couples also book nearby accommodation for wedding guests.

Of course. Children are very welcome at your celebration. We do recommend considering entertainment or childcare to make the day enjoyable for little ones and relaxing for parents.

Absolutely. We understand that your furry friends may want to be part of your day so that they can be included in your celebration too. We kindly request that they are on a lead, well-behaved, and supervised at all times during your stay.

While we’re not wedding planners, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. We can recommend suppliers, assist with quotes, create a simple day plan, and will be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly.
